Over half a century since their last performance in Rome, the "Mazowsze" ensemble is set again to captivate the hearts of audiences in the Eternal City. On November 18, the 150-member group will take the stage to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the Battle of Monte Cassino.

According to the event organizers, this promises to be an extraordinary occasion. One hundred fifty artists, including dancers and a symphony orchestra, will deliver a vibrant program featuring traditional Polish national and regional songs and dances.

As always with "Mazowsze," spectators can expect an unforgettable artistic experience. The youthful spirit, enthusiasm, and boundless energy of the dancers—whose average age is under 25—will surely make for a dazzling performance. Known as Ambassadors of Polish Culture, "Mazowsze" will offer a unique opportunity to experience Poland's rich folklore and cultural heritage.

The artists' dedication and talent ensure that this appearance in Rome will be of the highest artistic caliber. Organizers highlight the ensemble's excellence, achieved through the masterful choreography of some of Poland's greatest ballet artists and the flawless musical direction of Maestro Jacek Boniecki, who leads the symphony orchestra and serves as the group's director.

Zofia Czechlewska has overseen the ballet preparations for this performance, while Mirosław Ziomek has directed the choir.

The concert will occur on November 18 at 7:30 PM in the Santa Cecilia Hall at the Auditorium Parco della Musica Ennio Morricone in Rome. Admission is free, and tickets can be reserved at https://www.bilety24.pl.

This event is made possible with the support of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage in collaboration with the Embassy of Poland in Rome and the Polish Institute.
