Some of these events include the following on Sunday, October 22: Third Avenue between East 23rd Street and East 34th Street in Manhattan will be closed from 11am to 6pm for the Our Lady of the Scapular and Saint Stephen Street Festival.
Church Avenue between McDonald Avenue and Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn will be closed from 10am to 6pm for the Kensington Merchants Association Church Avenue Festival. Cortelyou Road between Ocean Avenue and Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn will be closed from 11am to 6pm for the Flatbush Development Corporation Street Festival.
Grand Concourse from 161st Street to the Botanical Gardens in the Bronx will be closed from 10am to 2pm for the Tour De Bronx 2006.
