Trans Manhattan Expressway (I-95); Harlem River Drive northbound ramp to southbound (I-95) and George Washington Bridge; Amsterdam Avenue to southbound I95 and George Washington Bridge; Amsterdam Avenue to Harlem River Drive and Harlem River Drive to Amsterdam Avenue: These ramps will be closed Monday night to Friday mornings from 12 midnight to 5:00 am, Saturday 12:01 am to 8:30 am, 12:01 am to 9:00 am Sunday to facilitate NY State DOT concrete repairs milling and resurfacing. Motorists should follow posted detours.

Southbound Trans Manhattan Expressway ramp to Harlem River Drive;

Northbound Trans Manhattan Expressway ramp from Harlem River Drive:

  • One of two lanes on the ramps will be closed 12:01 am to 5:00 am
  • Monday nights to Friday morning, Saturday 12:01 am to 10:00 am and
  • Sunday 12:01 am to 9:00 am to facilitate NY State DOT concrete repairs
  • and resurfacing.

The 3rd Street Bridge over the Gowanus Canal in Brooklyn will be closed Saturday 7:00 am to 4:00 pm to facilitate NYCDOT bridge
maintenance.

Mulberry Street between Broome Street and Canal Street will be closed Friday 5:00 pm to midnight, Saturday 11:00 am to midnight, and Sunday 11:00 am to 10:00 pm for the Mulberry Street Pedestrian Mall until October 7.

The following street closures are scheduled for Saturday, September 29:
* Second Avenue between 44th Street and 54th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Advancement of Nigerians.
* Stone Street between Pearl Street and Hanover Square in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Stone Street Oyster Festival.
* Broadway between Waverly Place and 14th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Congress For Racial Equality Festival.
* 5th Avenue between 59th Street and 80th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Fifth Avenue Mile.
* 3rd Avenue from 67th Street and 92nd Street in Brooklyn will be closed Saturday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm for the Annual Children’s Ragmuffin Parade.
* Jerome Avenue between Mosholu Parkway and Gunhill Road in the Bronx will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Jerome Gunhill Bid Festival.

The following street closures are scheduled for Sunday, September 30:
* Lexington Avenue between 34th Street and 42nd Street in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Soldiers, Sailors, Marines and Airmen’s Club Festival.
* West Side of Broadway between 96th Street and 110th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Bloomingdale/One Stop Senior Services Festival.
* 3rd Avenue between 69th Street and 94th Street in Brooklyn will be closed 10:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Third Avenue Festival.
* Atlantic Avenue between Hicks Street and 4th Avenue in Brooklyn will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Atlantic Antic.
* Grand Concourse between 144th Street and 149th Street in the Bronx will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Hostos College Viva Bronx Festival.
* Austin Street between 69th Street and 72nd Road in Queens will be closed 11:00 am to 6:00 pm for the Forest Hills Chamber of Commerce Festival.
