Mulberry Street between Broome Street and Canal Street in Manhattan will be closed Friday 5pm to midnight, Saturday 11am to midnight, and Sunday 11am to 10pm for the Mulberry Street Pedestrian Mall until October 7.
University Street between 3rd Street & 12th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm Saturday through Monday for the Washington Square Outdoor Art Exhibit.
18th Avenue between 67th Street and 75th Street in Brooklyn will be closed August 23 through September 9 from 11am to 6pm for the Santa Rosalia Festival.
The following street closures are scheduled for Saturday, September 1:
* 4th Avenue between 8th Street & 14th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Andrew Glover Youth Program Festival.
* 2nd Avenue between 45th Street & 57th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Friends of Dag Hammarskjold Plaza Street Fair
* Greenpoint Avenue between 44th Street & 48th Street in Queens will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Sunnyside Chamber of Commerce Street Fair
* Kingston Avenue between St. John’s Place and the Brooklyn Museum in Brooklyn will be closed 11am to 4pm for the West Indian Children’s Carnival
The following street closures are scheduled for Sunday, September 2:
* Broadway between 8th Street & 14th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Friends of Community Board #2 Festival
* Avenue of the Americas between 42nd Street & 56th Street and 46th Street between Madison Avenue & 7th Avenue in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Brazilian Festival
* Lexington Avenue between 34th Street & 42nd Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am to 6pm for the Manhattan East Comm Association Festival
* 5th Avenue between 65th Street & 86th Street in Brooklyn will be closed 11am to 6pm for the 5th Avenue Board of Trade Festival.
* 30th Avenue between 29th Street & 42nd Street in Queens will be closed 11am to 6pm for the 30th Avenue Business Association Street Fair
The following street closures are scheduled for Monday, September 3:
* Eastern Parkway from Utica Avenue to Grand Army Plaza in Brooklyn will be closed 11am to 6pm for the West Indian Day Carnival.

Northbound traffic from Empire Boulevard to Eastern Parkway between Utica Avenue & Flatbush Avenue.
Northbound traffic on Flatbush Avenue from Church Avenue to Grand Army Plaza.
Southbound traffic on Flatbush Avenue from Grand Army Plaza to Empire Boulevard.
Southbound traffic on Ocean Avenue from Empire Boulevard to Parkside Avenue.
Northbound traffic on Ocean Avenue from Parkside Avenue to Empire Boulevard.
Permits for parades, block parties, major street fairs and other public street events are issued either by NYPD or the Mayor’s
Community Assistance Unit (CAU).
