The first “Polish Trek” for Harvard MBAs has just taken place!

Exploring the intersection of history, culture, economy, and politics, the students visited Gdańsk, Malbork, Warsaw, Oświęcim, Wieliczka, and Cracow. The group met, among others, with: Polish Minister of Entrepreneurship and Technology, Jadwiga Emilewicz; President of Trade and Investment Agency, Tomasz Pisula; former CEO of PZU, Andrzej Klesyk; democratic opposition activist, founder of Metropolitan Capital Solutions and current President of HCOP, Waldemar Maj; and other members of HCOP. Students have also visited World War II, Auschwitz and Polin Museums.

The aim of the trek was to help the guests understand the Polish perspective, mentality, and geopolitical situation. Students also gathered different perspectives on the current political and socio-economic issues facing the country.

The first Polish Trek went down in history as a great success. We are looking forward to the next editions that will help promote our country abroad!
