Scholarship Administered by The Polish & Slavic Center in NY

Qualifications:

1. Applicant must be member P&SC for 1 year 
2. Applicant must be a full time student enrolled as a sophomore, junior, senior or post-graduate in the fall of 2018; in an accredited undergraduate or graduate program at a college or university 

Application:

1. Completion of a P&SC Scholarship application
2. Submit a resume, including: 
   a). A description of your academic and career goals. 
3. Submit a description of your personal involvement in the community. 
4. Official Transcripts.
5. Two Letters of Reference;
6. College/university Letter of Acceptance;
7. Proof of Polish Ancestry;
8. Passport-size photo;
9. $35 non-refundable application fee.
