As part of his visit to Washington for the WBG and IMF Spring Meetings, Undersecretary of State at Poland’s Ministry of Finance Piotr Nowak and Ambassador Wilczek met with Polish employees of the International Monetary Fund and the World Bank.
Ambassador Wilczek presented the Gold Cross of Merit to Jolanta Stefańska, the first Polish employee of the IMF, who has worked to promote cooperation between Poles and the International Monetary Fund and World Bank and has been a leader of the Polonia community in the Washington area.
