NY Polish-Americans Host PAC president Frank Spula

On his recent trip to New York City, Polish American Congress National President Frank Spula met with officers and directors of the Downstate N.Y. Congress (PAC), the Polish & Slavic Center (PSC) and the Polish National Alliance (PNA).
