Newly renovated mixed-used buildings and homes

CDC Builders LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 10 properties located in Brooklyn. The properties are lst floor commercial storefronts with one or two residential units and one and two family homes. These properties are being developed through the Storeworks/HUD 203K program, an affordable mixed-use homeownership program sponsored by City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD).
