These buildings are being constructed through the 421-a Affordable Housing Program of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Low Income Affordable Marketplace Program (LAMP) of the New York City Housing Development Corporation.
Newly constructed apartments for rent in the Highbridge section of Bronx
Kensington Heights Associates, L.P. and Highbridge Community Housing Development Fund Corporation are pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 226 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 1345 Shakespeare Avenue, 1391-1407, 1404-1430 and 1450 Jesup Avenue in the Highbridge section of The Bronx.
