Newly constructed apartments for rent

Salem House Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 33 affordable housing rental apartments now under construction at 2183 – 2185 Adam Clayton Powell Blvd., located in the Harlem neighborhood of Manhattan. This building is being constructed through the Mixed Income Rental Program of The City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
