Newly constructed apartments for rent

The Greater Allen Affordable Housing Limited Partnership is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 54 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 110-32/58 Merrick Boulevard in the Jamaica section of Queens. This building is being constructed through the Mixed Income Rental Program (MIRP) of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR).
