Newly constructed apartments for rent

385 Third Avenue Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 48 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 385 Third Avenue in the Gramercy neighborhood of Manhattan. This building is being constructed through the Metropolitan Council on Jewish Poverty, the Inclusionary Affordable Housing Program of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the New York State Housing Finance Agency.
