Newly constructed apartments for rent

Palmer’s Dock LLC is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 101 affordable housing rental apartments under construction at 20 North 5th Street in the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn. This building is being constructed through the Inclusionary Housing Program of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and with financing provided by the New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal.
