Vivaldi offers a delicious selection of house-made pastas, fresh fish, shellfish, aged meats, and free-range chicken. All are delivered daily, some from local markets and others from as far as the Mediterranean Sea. All are prepared to perfection. All will tempt even the most discerning pallet.
George Makkos and his team are also working hard to make Vivaldi a stand out destination for entertainment and special events. Vivaldi offers a special Saturday and Sunday brunch, afternoon Happy Hour with daily food and premium drink specials Tuesday thru Friday from 4:00- 8:00pm and themed nights. Also open for the season is the veranda that overlooks the Clearview golf course.
