Although thought of as a pancake, Poles tend to think of them as pancake/tortilla/pasta hybrid. Sure you can serve them with berries and whipped cream; but they are more often stuffed with savory fillings like cheese, mushrooms and various meat products for lunch or dinner. They are incredibly versatile…once you master the right technique!
Put on your apron and make it happen! Bring an apron, bring a small, well-seasoned (or non-stick) fry pan and a carry-out container. All other supplies will be provided.
