Award Amounts: $1,000–$12,000 (competitive, one-year awards)

- U.S. citizens or permanent residents of Polish descent
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Full-time undergraduate or graduate students
- Eligible undergrads: freshmen, sophomores, or juniors at the time of application
