Join us at The Explorers Club on Monday, May 13th, for an evening with Pete Casey, a British explorer who has achieved the remarkable feat of crossing South America entirely on foot. Pete followed the Amazon River from its mouth on the Atlantic to its source in the Andes and then to the Pacific Ocean.

Pete will share his incredible journey, from selling his home to fund his dream to overcoming numerous challenges over six and a half years, including COVID lockdowns, floods, and logistical hurdles.

This event is supported by the Polish and UK Consulates, bridging British and Polish explorers through Pete’s expedition. The sponsor of this presentation is Piotr Chmielinski, the first man to paddle the entire length of the Amazon River, who supported Pete’s expedition, making this presentation a collaboration of exploration enthusiasts.
