Thanks to the generosity of our donors, during the past year, the KF received a brand new, functional kitchen and the building’s old and failing heating and air conditioning system was replaced with a cost-effective and efficient one. The task was daunting and labor intensive as it required removing parts of the walls, but the results are impressive! Come to the Foundation and see it yourself! Currently, the walls are being patched, plastered, primed and painted. Yet, there is still much renovation to be done, like restoring our aging and deteriorating windows and many more.
We are asking you to donate to the KF Building Renovation Fund in the amount that best fits your ability. All donations are tax deductible and will go directly toward making this historic building ready for its 100th birthday in 2017, something our community can be proud of.
