The following exams are offered:
- Mammogram – for women aged 40 – 64.
- Colorectal cancer screening kits – available to individuals aged 50 and above.
(Kits will have to be mailed to the address provided). - Cervical cancer screening – referral to participating Ob/Gyn physicians.
To participate in the screening: you need to register at any branch in NY or by calling Member Services Center at 1.855.PSFCU.4U (1.555.773.2848).
Attendance is limited, registration on a first-come, first-served basis.
