The Norcross Police Department said officers were called to the Su Jung Health Sauna at 8:41 pm Tuesday (0141 GMT Wednesday) where they found three men and two women, all fatally wounded.
“Preliminary investigation revealed that an Asian male entered (the) business and shot four of the victims and then shot himself,” it said in a statement.
Four were dead at the scene, and a fifth died after being taken to a local hospital, police said.
Police said the gunman and the victims were Asian, without providing further details about their identities or the gunman’s motive.
They said they would provide an update on the case later on Wednesday.
