Iconic products for the Easter table
Our White Sausage is a true classic – raw, unsmoked, seasoned only with salt, pepper, and garlic. It’s perfect for boiling, baking, or even smoking yourself in your backyard.
For those who value convenience and taste, we have prepared Viennese Sausage – roasted over an open fire, which gives it a unique, smoky aroma. Our Mini Easter Hams (4-inch), on the other hand, were designed specifically for blessing baskets. They are delicately cured, parboiled, and wrapped in charming netting, making them look exceptionally festive.

Żurek: The King of Easter Breakfast
Sunday breakfast cannot do without traditional Żurek. Our sourdough starter guarantees a deep, homemade taste. We recommend serving it with sliced white sausage, a hard-boiled egg, and a touch of horseradish. It is the essence of Polish Easter, bringing generations together at the common table.

Easter in Poland – tradition and symbolism
Easter is the most important holiday in the Polish calendar. It is a time when solemn Catholic rites intertwine with ancient Slavic customs of welcoming spring. The central point of preparations is Święconka (the blessing of food). On Holy Saturday, we carry wicker baskets full of symbolic foods to churches: from sugar lambs and painted eggs, to bread, salt, and cold cuts. Each of these products has its own meaning, and their shared consumption on Sunday morning is a special moment for every family.
