Due to the high demand for passport matters, appointments during the consular duty will be exclusively for submitting passport applications.
The consular duty will take place at Polam Federal Credit Union on:
- January 15, 2026 (Thursday) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- January 16, 2026 (Friday) from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and
- January 17, 2026 (Saturday) from 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM

APPOINTMENT RULES FOR CONSULAR DUTY:
To schedule an appointment with the consul for submitting a passport application, please book your visit through the website: www.e-konsulat.gov.pl.
- After opening the above website, select “Appointment for consular duty in Redwood City, CA (January 15-17, 2026)” in the “Type of service” field, then fill in all required fields and follow the instructions;
- After successfully scheduling the appointment, please send the system-generated visit confirmation along with a copy of a valid identification document to the e-mail address: [email protected];
- In the case of the first passport for a child, please attach a scan of the child’s Polish birth certificate (the original must be brought to the appointment);
- In the case of the first passport for an adult, please attach a scan of the decision issued by the voivode regarding the confirmation of Polish citizenship, a Polish copy of the birth certificate, and a Polish copy of the marriage certificate (applies to persons who married abroad). (Original documents must be brought to the appointment);
- FEES: accepted only in the form of money orders or cashier’s checks (we do not accept cash or personal checks) made payable to CONSULATE GENERAL OF POLAND IN LOS ANGELES;
- A photographer will be present on site.
- Parents, in order to submit an application for a passport document for a minor child, should bring their valid Polish identification documents. At least one parent should have a valid Polish document (passport or ID card).
