The Anders Program provides for first-cycle studies, long-cycle master’s studies, and second-cycle studies at Polish universities starting from the academic year 2026/2027.
The scholarship is open to, among others, individuals with a Pole’s Card and individuals holding Polish citizenship and simultaneously citizenship of another country – provided other recruitment conditions are met (e.g., a full cycle of secondary school completed outside Poland).
The scholarship includes, among other things, exemption from tuition fees at public universities, the possibility of a one-year preparatory course for undertaking studies in Poland (the so-called ‘zero year’), a monthly scholarship (PLN 2,000/month) paid for a maximum of 10 months per academic year throughout the entire course of study (via the university), and a lump sum for international travel costs to Poland.
Qualification for the Anders Program is not equivalent to admission to studies – the scholarship holder participates in university recruitment simultaneously. Individuals holding exclusively Polish citizenship and residing abroad for a shorter period can apply for studies directly at the university, like all candidates in Poland.
Applications are open until July 9, 2026.
