As a New York metropolitan area banking professional and leader, Sieminski brings over 20 years of banking and credit union experience to Atlas.
“With Danuta’s institutional leadership, management experience and expertise the board agreed Sieminski is the right person to steer Atlas towards development, growth and expansion,” said Marchak.
Sieminski began her professional career at the Polish & Slavic Federal Credit Union (PSFCU) in 1985. Over the course of her 20 years at PSFCU she held positions as Operations Manager, SVP/COO, Interim CEO and CEO.
Sieminski joined Independence Community Bank in February 2005 as Vice President and managed operations of its newly developed Greenpoint Financial Center.
In January 2006, Sieminski became Vice President of POLAM Federal Credit Union responsible for opening and managing the east coast division of the California based financial institution.
Sieminski holds an MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a graduate of the American Institute of Banking (AIB).
Throughout her career, Sieminski has been associated with a diverse community supporting cultural, educational and social initiatives.
