This ceremony will take place on Sunday, 17th September 2017, at 4 p.m. at Exchange Place, Jersey City, NJ.
The celebration will be devoted to the 78th anniversary of the outbreak of the Second World War and Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, to the 78th anniversary of Katyń Forest Massacre, to the Polish Armed Forces soldiers fallen on all the fronts of the Second World War and to the 16th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center.
