The development is located at 130 Bradhurst Avenue at West 148th Street and is funded through HDC’s Affordable Cooperative Housing Program.

Completed applications must be returned by regular mail to the Post Office Box indicated on the application and must be postmarked by June 25, 2007.
Prospective buyers will be selected though a lottery system in which applicants residing in Manhattan Community Board 10 will receivem preference of 50% of the units, uniformed police officers of the New York City Police Department will receive preference of 5% of the
units, households that include person(s) with mobility impairments will receive preference of 5% of the units, households that include person(s) with visual or hearing impairments will receive preference of 2% of the units and Municipal Employees of the City of New York
will receive preference of 5% of the units.
