1. Sponsor
The giveaway is run by Polish Pages, Inc., publisher of Poland.us, 209-34 Northern Blvd, #1100, Bayside, NY 11361 (“Sponsor”). Prizes are provided solely by Cohen Media Group, LLC (“Prize Provider”). Businesses that help promote the giveaway (“Promotional Partners”) are not sponsors or administrators of the giveaway and have no responsibility for the prizes.
2. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older and live in the states of New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Illinois or California. Employees of the Sponsor and the Prize Provider and members of their immediate households are not eligible.
3. Entry period
The giveaway begins on October 2, 2026, and ends on October 6, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Entries received after that time will not be accepted.
4. How to enter
Complete the entry form on Poland.us with your first and last name (as shown on your ID), email address, phone number and city (New York, Chicago or Los Angeles area), and accept these Official Rules. Limit one entry per person and per email address. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. By entering, you subscribe to the free Poland.us newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.
5. Prizes
Fifteen (15) prizes will be awarded: five (5) in each of three markets – New York, Chicago and Los Angeles. Each prize is admission for two (2) to “Winter of the Crow” at a participating theater in the winner’s market, for any showtime from October 9 to October 11, 2026. Tickets will be held at the theater box office (will call) under the winner’s name, and a valid photo ID is required for pickup. Approximate retail value of each prize: $30. Prizes have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or transferred. The Sponsor and Promotional Partners are not responsible for changes in showtimes, theaters or ticket availability, or for any travel or other expenses of winners. If the film’s release or a screening is cancelled or postponed, or if the Prize Provider does not make the tickets available for any reason, the prize will not be awarded and no substitute prize, cash or other compensation will be provided.
6. Drawing and odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries in each market on or about October 7, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in each market.
7. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email and/or phone on October 7, 2026, and must confirm their prize and choose a theater from the list provided by the deadline stated in the notification. If a winner does not respond in time or is found ineligible, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. To fulfill the prizes, winners’ names will be shared with the Prize Provider and the participating theaters.
8. Publicity
By entering, winners agree that their first name, last initial and city may be published on Poland.us, in the Poland.us newsletter, and on the social media of Poland.us and the Prize Provider, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law.
9. Privacy
Personal information is used to run this giveaway and to send the Poland.us newsletter, as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. General conditions
By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final. Participants release the Sponsor, the Prize Provider and Promotional Partners from any liability related to the giveaway or the prizes, to the extent permitted by law. The Sponsor may cancel or modify the giveaway if it cannot be run as planned for reasons beyond its control. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
11. Facebook and Instagram
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta Platforms, Inc. (Facebook or Instagram). Participants release Meta from any liability related to this promotion.
12. Winners list
Winners’ first names and last initials will be posted on the Poland.us Facebook and Instagram pages after October 7, 2026. A winners list may also be requested by email at [email protected].
