“Kisses” is dedicated to Maria Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska, a poet whose words still enchant today.
The year 2025 was declared the year of Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska in Poland, and it was precisely to honor the memory of this great poet that the play “Kisses” was created.
We will move into a world where poetry intertwines with music, and in the play, we will encounter both Pawlikowska-Jasnorzewska’s poetry and the poet herself (played by Agata Pilitowska).
We will also hear beautiful songs composed and sung by Ilona Urbaniak with arrangements by Bartosz Hadaly, and the special guest of the event will be the outstanding saxophonist Krzysztof Medyna, permanently residing in New York.
