On the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States and the 75th anniversary of the death of Arthur Szyk, we invite you to a meeting dedicated to the life and work of one of the most prominent Polish-Jewish artists of the 20th century.
Arthur Szyk was a world-renowned miniaturist, illustrator, and caricaturist whose works during World War II supported the Allied cause, fought Nazism, and promoted Poland in the United States. To this day, his work remains a symbol of courage, freedom, and Polish-American friendship, reminding us of the extraordinary role of art in defending freedom and democratic values.
