Motorists and pedestrians will be able to use the Macombs Dam Bridge or Madison Avenue Bridge during these closures. Two lanes of the Harlem River Drive northbound will be closed overnight between April 1 and April 30 during the following hours:
* From 12:01am to 5:00am on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays;
* From 1:00am to 6:30am on Saturdays;
* From 2:00am to 9:00am on Sundays.
If Yankees games are played at night on any of these dates, the Harlem River Drive closures will not begin until two hours after the conclusion of the games. These closures are required to continue working on Pier #1 adjacent to the Harlem River Drive.
