* Third Avenue between 14th Street & 23rd Street in Manhattan will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Gramercy Visiting Neighbors Festival.
* Southern Boulevard between East 163rd Street & Westchester Avenue in the Bronx will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Bronx Puerto Rican Festival.
Sunday, May 13
* Broadway between Waverly Place & 14th Street in Manhattan will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Greenwich Village Chamber of Commerce Fest.
* The east side of Broadway between West 60th Street & West 65th Street will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Environmentally Sound Development Festival.
* Amsterdam Avenue between 96th Street & 106th Street in Manhattan will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Valley Restoration LDC Fest.
* Cortelyou Road between McDonald Avenue & Ocean Parkway in Brooklyn will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Tomchei Torah Fest.
* Sanford Avenue between Union Avenue & Main Street in Queens will be closed from 11am-6pm for the Flushing Development Center Fest.
Permits for parades, block parties, major street fairs, and other public street events are issued either by NYPD or the Mayor’s Community Assistance Unit (CAU).
