Two of three northbound lanes of the Brooklyn Queens Expressway between Atlantic Avenue and Cadman Plaza West may be closed 5am to 8am and one of three lanes closed 8am to 10am Sunday to facilitate underdecking bridge inspection by NYCDOT.
The 39th Street exit and one of three southbound lanes of the Gowanus Expressway will be closed from 11pm Friday to 5am Monday to facilitate NY State DOT deck work.
The following street closures are scheduled for Saturday: June 16
* Bleecker Street between 6th Avenue and 7th Avenue in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the Our Lady of Pompei Church Festival.
* Third Avenue between East 6th Street and East 14th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the Cooper Square Committee Festival.
* Second Avenue between East 23rd Street and East 34th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the Friends of the 13th Precinct Community Council Festival.
* The east side of Broadway between West 116th Street and West 120th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the Riverside Church Festival.
* Court Street between Montague Street and Atlantic Avenue in Brooklyn will be closed 11am-6pm for the Brownstone Republican Club Fair.
The following street closures are scheduled for Sunday: June 17
* Lexington Avenue between East 34th Street and East 42nd Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the Kidney & Urology Foundation Festival.
* Avenue of the Americas (6th Avenue) between West 42nd Street and West 56th Street in Manhattan will be closed 11am-6pm for the International Immigrants Foundation Street Fair.
* Seventh Avenue between Flatbush Avenue and 16th Street in Brooklyn will be closed 11am-6pm for the Park Slope Chamber of Commerce Festival.
