The FDR Drive will be closed to vehicular traffic from Broad Street to the Brooklyn Bridge and from Houston Street to 63rd Street from 3pm until approximately 1am. Other Manhattan closures are: South Street between Dover Street and the Whitehall Ferry Terminal; the bike path north of Brooklyn Bridge to Rutgers Street; and Water Street between Moore Street and Fulton Street.
There is no pedestrian viewing from the Queensboro, Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges. Inbound traffic coming off the Queensboro Bridge should proceed north on 1st Avenue and southbound on 2nd Avenue. There will be no traffic restrictions on the Brooklyn, Williamsburg and Manhattan Bridges. The FDR Drive will remain open northbound from the Brooklyn Bridge exit to Houston Street to alleviate traffic from the bridge. The Brooklyn Queens Expressway will remain open to traffic.
