Newly rehabilitated apartments for rent

Alexander Avenue Cluster Apartments is pleased to announce that applications are now being accepted for 31 affordable housing rental apartments under rehabilitation at 134 Alexander Ave., 440 East 139th St., 846 East 156th St., and 804 Westchester Ave., in the Mott Haven and Melrose sections of The Bronx. These buildings are being rehabilitated through the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs Program
(Round 6) of the City of New York’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development and the Neighborhood Partnership Housing Development Fund Company.
