The Engineer Series includes separate exams for:
- Chemical Engineer;
- Civil Engineer;
- Electrical Engineer;
- Environmental Engineer; and
- Mechanical Engineer.
There is a $60 fee for each exam. If you want to apply for more than one exam at a time, you must apply separately for each test and pay a separate filing fee.
The deadline to apply for these exams is April 22, 2008.

More About the Engineer Exams
Applicants for each engineering exam must have four years of experience in their field and a valid New York State Professional Engineer’s License.
No written test is required for the engineering titles. Instead, candidates will receive a rating based on their qualifying work experience. For more information, review the official exam notice for the Engineering Series.
