Ivory Coast’s Gbagbo negotiating surrender – Outtara aide

Ivory Coast's embattled strongman Laurent Gbago is apparently "negotiating his surrender," Ally Coulibaly, the ambassador to France appointed by his rival Alassane Outtara, said Tuesday.
