Don’t Forget to Update

To change the address on your accounts, you must complete and sign a Change of Address Form at the Credit Union. If we receive a postal forwarding address notifi cation, we’ll send you a letter asking you to confi rm your new address and to complete an enclosed Change of Address Form.

If you have changed your address, name, phone number, etc., please remember to update your personal information with your Credit Union as soon as possible.
