The Polish Army Veterans Association is organizing the Day of the Polish Armed Forces on Sunday, August 17, at the National Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa in Doylestown, PA.
Celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Monte Cassino and the Warsaw Uprising will proceed as follows:
Placing the laurel at the monument of the Hussar-Avenger, at 11:00
- Ceremonial Speech, Square in front of the Sanctuary, at 11:30
- Parade with the participation of cadets from West Point
- Concelebrated Mass at the Shrine of Our Lady of Czestochowa, at 12:30
- Ceremonial Academy by the altar with the participation of distinguished guests, artists and Choir ‘Angelus
The main organizer of the Day of the Polish Armed Force in Doylestown is District II of the Polish Army Veterans Association.
