At this meeting, the results of our annual election will be reported to the membership. Due to the expiration of the terms of four directors, four seats on the Board of Directors will become available. The four candidates who receive the highest number of votes cast will serve three -year terms. During the meeting the annual reports for Fiscal Year 2014 will also be presented.
