State Capitol in Harrisburg, PA (remember: security scanners in use; NO weapons, penknives etc.)
Fri. Nov. 10 (yes, we know, the actual day is Nov. 11)
starts 12:30 (duration: under an hour for the presentations, then there is socializing and eating etc.)
Persons Present: Lt. Gov. Mike Stack (will deliver an official proclamation to Debbie)

friends of Poland and guests (all are welcome)

Additional: Polish food will be provided
Transport to the Capitol will be made available from Philadelphia
Do NOT call the Lt. Gov. office – they know less than we do.
