The Competition took place on March 3rd and 4th of 2018 and was open to pianists in three age categories: Category 1: Contestants 12 years of age and younger, Category 2: 13-15 years of age, and Category 3: 16-18 years of age. The goal of the Competition is to encourage young piano students in advancing their music education and to foster an appreciation of piano music among the general public.
