Citizens of 44 countries and territories: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Japan, Canada, Liechtenstein, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Germany, Norway, New Zealand, Portugal, Republic of Korea, Romania, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, Switzerland, Sweden, Uruguay, the United States, Hungary, the United Kingdom, Italy and China – residents of Hong Kong, Macau or Taiwan who are undergraduate students in one of the aforementioned countries and territories or who graduated no earlier than 2023
