On November 26 the NASA InSight mission has landed on Mars. InSight (Interior Exploration using Seismic Investigations, Geodesy and Heat Transport) is going to explore a deep interior of Mars.

“Mole” (KRET) was designed and built in Poland by a Polish company Astronika (a model of KRET is on the display by the replica of the lander – pictured).
The successful landing was observed live at NASA’s Jet Propulsion Laboratory by Grzegorz Brona, President of the Polish Space Agency and representatives of the Polish Ministry of Entrepreneurship and Technology and Astronika.
