The book describes the vital contribution of Polish codebreakers in the joint effort with the French and British to decipher the Enigma code. Breaking the Enigma code significantly contributed to Allied victory against Nazi Germany in WW II
During his presentation, Sir Turing discussed the work of Polish cryptologists Marian Rejewski, Jerzy Różycki and Henryk Zygalski and their cooperation with the other Allied nations. Afterward there was a Q&A session. The event also included an exhibit, “Enigma – Decipher Victory,” on breaking the Enigma code, as well as a book signing by Dermot Turing.
