Popularly known as “blackheads”, these are the most frequently purchased pickled mushrooms by gourmets. RUNOLAND produces them from mushrooms collected in the Lower Silesian Forests. They come from chemically unpolluted areas. Only selected bay boletes – of the highest quality from forests where no chemical agents have been used for at least 3 years – are used in the preserves. Thanks to this, we are sure that our pickled bay boletes are completely natural and healthy. The quality of the products is systematically controlled by the EKOGWARANCJA certification unit. Pickled bay boletes are rich in carbohydrates, enzymes, mineral salts, calcium, phosphorus, iron, as well as vitamins D and B. Fresh mushrooms consist of 90% water, and pickled bay boletes contain only 0.3% fat. RUNOLAND ecological pickled bay boletes are available in a Premium version, prepared to satisfy the most demanding connoisseurs of forest produce.
