OLX – Kamil Szabłowski PR and Communication Manager
The expansion of cooperation with InPost responds to the growing number of purchases made on the OLX platform. The service is visited by over 17 million users monthly, and hundreds of thousands of them regularly make purchases and sales. Within OLX Shipping, several million listings are already available, and in one of the most popular categories, Electronics, approximately 5,000 purchases are made daily. For larger items (e.g., RTV/household appliances) that do not fit into parcel lockers, flexibility in choosing delivery becomes crucial.
What’s more, as research shows, courier delivery is the second most frequently chosen form of delivery – indicated by as many as 56% of online shoppers, right after Paczkomat devices. Expanding shipping options with InPost courier services is a natural step for OLX, responding to user needs. Thanks to this, they gain more delivery options that they can adapt to their preferences and the nature of the item being sold or bought.
— The dynamic growth in the number of transactions on OLX shows how important convenience and security of the entire buying and selling process are for users. We want the shipping of larger items to be just as easy and convenient for both parties to the transaction — says Justyna Śmigaj, Senior GTM Product Manager OLX.
The new delivery option is the result of developing cooperation with the leader in logistics solutions for the e-commerce industry in Europe. InPost Group delivered a record volume of shipments in 2025 – almost 1.4 billion parcels, marking a 25% year-on-year increase. Thanks to this partnership, OLX can offer its users even more efficient and faster delivery options that meet the growing demands of the market.[1]
– We are consistently developing our services, responding to the changing needs of the e-commerce market and users of sales platforms. Cooperation with OLX is another step towards ensuring even greater availability and flexibility of deliveries – both to Paczkomat machines and directly to customers’ doors – comments Piotr Stasiak, Director of Sales for International Key Accounts at InPost.
How does it work?
OLX Shipping is available in selected categories – when adding an offer, the user selects the package size and preferred delivery method. The new courier option provides more opportunities to sell and buy larger items, enabling convenient shipping of, among others, large electronic equipment, home furnishings, or larger accessories.
The sales process itself remains simple and integrated with the platform. After making a purchase, the seller confirms the transaction, prepares the shipment, and dispatches it – via courier or at a drop-off point. Each transaction is covered by a Protection Package, and funds are transferred to the seller after the buyer receives the shipment and confirms the order’s compliance.
