Return flights to Poland from USA on LOT Polish Airlines Between now and September 14

Between September 1-14, LOT will operate the following flights from the United States to Poland:

• from New York to Warsaw (LO 027) on September 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 9, 10, 12, 13 and 14
• from Chicago to Warsaw (LO 004) on September 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, 9, 10 and 12 
• from Chicago to Krakow (LO 010) on September 7 and 14

Tickets purchased for these flights remain valid. Additional registration is not required.

Returning to Poland on a LOT flight

Persons authorized to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland and who are interested in purchasing tickets for the aforementioned connections from New York and Chicago to Warsaw and Krakow are asked to send their applications to rescue.flights@lot.pl.

A correctly completed application must contain:

• first and last name
• nationality as stated in one’s passport
• contact information - phone number and e-mail address
• preferred travel route (New York-Warsaw, Chicago-Warsaw or Chicago-Krakow) and the corresponding travel date

Only applications containing all of the above-mentioned information will be added to the passenger list.

Tickets for these flights are sold through the LOT Contact Center. Representatives will contact by phone each person who correctly applies by e-mail. Please prepare a credit card (or another card that enables online payment) in order to complete the transaction.

Changing reservations for flights scheduled between now and September 14

In the event of a LOT flight cancellation from the United States to Poland, LOT Polish Airlines passengers are entitled to either one free exchange for one of the special charter flights organized between now and September 14, or for a regularly scheduled flight on the same route with a departure date after September 14. Changes are conditional upon maintaining the same itinerary.

If you choose a flight scheduled between now and September 14, please submit your application via the following dedicated form. A correctly completed application must contain all of the information requested in the form. Additionally, please enter the following information in the "message text" field:

• first and last name
• nationality as stated in one’s passport
• preferred travel date

Only applications containing all of the above-mentioned information will be considered. Ticket changes for these flights will take place through the LOT Contact Center and will be confirmed by e-mail.

Ticket changes for flights after September 14

Ticket changes for flights operating from the United States to Poland after September 14 can be made on the following ticket change form. Changes are conditional upon maintaining the same itinerary.

PLEASE NOTE!

Due to the epidemiological restrictions currently in place, each passenger should make sure that he/she meets the criteria for entering Poland before purchasing a ticket and before departure. People who do not have such authorization will not be allowed on board.
