Polish Children's Heartline Inaugural Golf Outing in Lakewood, NJ - fundraising event

Through our yearly fundraisers, we continue to provide much needed medical equipment to the children of Poland.

  • 12:00 p.m. Golfer Registration and Lunch
  • 1:30 p.m. Shotgun Start
  • 6:00 p.m. Cocktails and Dinner

The Polish Children’s Heartline Inaugural Charity Golf Tournament includes 18 holes of golf, lunch, dinner with 1 hour open beer and wine bar, gift raffle, and silent auction, all in an effort to raise money to purchase medical equipment for children’s heart surgery in pediatric cardiac units throughout Poland.

If you are not a golfer please join us for dinner!

Reservations:
Early Bird Golfer - Register by May 9th for only $125.00
Golfer - Register after May 9th for $140.00
Dinner Reservation only - $55.00 per person RSVP by June 1st
