Fr. Marek Weresa – Vatican City State
During the discussions at the Secretariat of State, the good bilateral relations were emphasized, and the historical and significant contribution of the Catholic Church to the social life of the Principality of Monaco was noted. Further in the conversation, some issues of common interest were addressed; these included environmental protection, humanitarian aid, and the defense and promotion of human dignity.
At the end of the meeting, among the topics discussed were issues related to the current international situation, with particular attention to matters of peace and security, as well as the situation in the Middle East and in some regions of Africa.
